Welcome! We have had a great start to our year in 4th grade! In our next unit, we will be learning all about our presidents. This website contains information about our 40th president, Ronald Reagan. The website should be used as an educational tool for teachers, students, and parents.
 
On this home page you can find an overview about Reagan and what can be found throughout the site. The teacher page includes lesson plans and additional classroom materials. The student page includes interactive games, additional reading materials, and information that can help students succeed in their own classroom. The parent page is full of additional information and materials that parents can use to help their children.
 
Ronald Reagan was the 40th President of The United States of America. He is most widely known for rejuvenating the American people and reducing their reliance on government. Born in Illinois, he attended Eureka College and upon graduation worked as a radio sports announcer.  He later moved to Hollywood were he starred in 53 films.  His political career began in 1966 when he was elected Governer of California.  Reagan won the Republican nomination in 1980 and became our 40th President.
